Everything you need to know about Nora Premium tiers, Discord App Subscription checkout, seat transfers, and cancellations.

How do I purchase a Nora Premium subscription?

Nora uses Discord's official, high-security App Subscriptions infrastructure. To upgrade:
  1. Open the Discord server where you want to apply premium perks.
  2. Click on Nora in the member list or command user popout.
  3. Click the Upgrade or View Premium button on Nora's profile.
  4. Select your desired tier (Guild Pro or Enterprise VIP) and complete checkout seamlessly via Discord.

How do I verify if my server has Premium activated?

You can instantly check your active status by opening the Nora Web Dashboard, selecting your guild, and viewing the top banner badge which displays PREMIUM ACTIVE. You can also run the /premium slash command inside any channel to see your current subscription tier, expiration timestamp, and active feature unlocks.

How do I manage, modify, or cancel my subscription?

All payments, recurring billing cycles, and payment methods are managed directly through Discord:
  1. Open Discord and click the User Settings Gear in the bottom left.
  2. Navigate to Subscriptions under the Billing Settings tab.
  3. Find your active Nora Studio card.
  4. Click Manage to switch tiers, update credit card / PayPal details, or click Cancel Subscription.

Can I transfer my Premium slot to another server?

Yes! If you purchased a personal booster subscription or user-linked entitlement, your perks travel with you. Open the Nora Dashboard, head to Personal Settings & Entitlements, select your active premium slot, and choose a new guild from the Bind Target Server selector.

What happens to my custom rules if Premium expires?

Your custom configurations, Roblox role sync tables, and starboards are safely retained and never deleted immediately. However, premium-tier limits (such as advanced logging channels, priority sub-4ms AutoMod scanning, and VIP custom command slots) will pause until a premium slot is renewed or re-activated.

Who handles refund requests or payment inquiries?

Because all transactions are processed exclusively through Discord App Monetization, Nora developers do not store or process your financial data.
